1. Register by using the Registration Form below.
2. Schedule reminders in your mobile phone, wall calendar, or computer calendar allowing for 10 minutes every Tuesday for the next seven weeks.
3. Log on to The Tuesday Program website each Tuesday, and view the video for that week.
4. After you have viewed each video, download that videos instruction document (a .pdf).
Avoid completing or viewing more than one video each week - they are built to follow from each other. Also, give it your all - change will be directly proportional to the amount of effort you put in to the program!
